I've seen tech youtubers making a big deal about 8GB Vram on 1080p not being enough. After doing some searching, I learned that lacking Vram will cause texture flickering and significant performance reduction.

Could any explain why despite using at the maximum 11gb of vram on 1080p, the 5060 is still 25% faster than the B580 and both the 4060ti and 5060ti 8GB is faster than their 16gb counterpart in Pragmata?
