FedEx, UPS, and DHL say they are pursuing refunds and will repay customers for fees they paid. The first phase of refunds is limited to imports that were finalized since January 30 of this year. Tariff refunds are starting to flow as US Customs and Border Protection said the first payments to suppliers are scheduled for Tuesday. Shipping services FedEx, UPS, and DHL are planning to pass those refunds on to customers. The companies have said their customers can expect repayments for tariffs paid after the shipping services receive their refunds from the agency. Customs opened a refund portal last month for submitting claims, and said the funds should be released about 60 to 90 days after a claim is filed.…
