misleading phrasing?

The qns referred to the NMR data (aka the graph labelled as 'image A' of 'figure 2') so I thought I had to refer to that image instead of figure 1 (which is the image showing the intermolecular bonding between H3 and BAZ2B.... Isn't that misleading :/ I stared at that image wondering how deeper dip in the graph could help me identify the amino acid before realising that I shld look at figure 1.how to avoid this on test day?
