Queen Camilla wore the historic George IV State Diadem crown as she accompanied King Charles to the state opening of Parliament on Wednesday (13 May).

Camilla paired the diadem with a white dress designed by Fiona Clare. The crown had previously been worn by the late Queen Elizabeth II on the journey to her coronation.

The George IV State Diadem, which was commissioned in 1820, features more than 1,000 diamonds. Camilla has worn the piece three times, previously at state openings of Parliament in 2023 and 2024.
