It can often be like a pressure cooker. It manifests in many ways. Sometimes it is emotional pressure. It can be financial or psychological; physical or spiritual. Pressure causes many different reactions. Sometimes it galvanizes. Sometimes it destroys. A common struggle many of us face in those times is how to remain calm when the pressure is maxed out. I am not claiming to be the expert, but I have had my fair share of experiences under pressure. Along the way, I have learned some practices to stay calm. I hope they are helpful.
