Jim Plunkett believes the Las Vegas Raiders organization is going to do its part to help make sure top draft pick Fernando Mendoza has every opportunity to follow in his footsteps to legendary status. “He’s going to do well and they’re going to help him,” the two-time Super Bowl champion said. “One thing Mark (Davis) has learned from his dad is that you don’t have an offense unless you have offensive linemen.
