We FINALLY have more invested than our house is worth 😃 This has been a huge goal for my spouse and I. We track our investments the end of each month, and today we have $277.6K invested and our home (according to Zillow) is worth $277.2K. We're 34--bought our house in cash for $135.5K in 2017...we had $20K left to our name--this was before we knew about investing or FI. After having numerous life changes, we are finally in a solid wealth accumulation phase ($55-60K invested/yr in a LCOL area @ a $138K household income). We have literally no one to tell!
