I keep seeing comparisons saying Jellyfin is free for everything, and that is a major reason people install it. However, if you are interested in Live TV/DVR, the thing everyone seems to skip over is that Jellyfin supports guide data but DOES NOT INCLUDE guide data. You can use Schedules Direct with Jellyfin, but that is $35/year. Emby Premiere includes guide data in supported regions. Emby Premiere is $54/year or $119 lifetime (at least for now). If you do not use Live TV/DVR, then this probably does not matter.
