CIA Director John Ratcliffe held high-level talks with Cuban officials, including Raúl Castro's grandson, during a visit to the island on Thursday, according to both Cuban and U.S. officials. The discussions focused on intelligence cooperation, economic stability and security issues. Ratcliffe met with Raúl Guillermo Rodríguez Castro, Interior Minister Lázaro Álvarez Casas, and the head of Cuban intelligence services.
