What Are Some Careers Working With Body/Hands Without Killing Myself?

Just for reference: I'm a massage therapist in Oregon. I actually love parts of it and getting in the flow and working with clients. It's rewarding. Unfortunately, it's starting to affect my wrists and lower back from leaning over clients. The career itself has a very short life span (most quit within 2 years due to repetitive injuries) even with proper body mechanics. And it's def not a job you can do full-time. So I gotta think of an exit before I do my body more damage. But I don't want to sit at a desk all day in front of a computer screen (a lil is okay). What are some active careers that ideally has me walking around or using my hands (but not in a super strenous way like massage). I figure with my skill set it makes sense to try another health profession but am open to other ideas. Ideally something with short-term training and not too crazy (so not nursing, lol). Plus tell me where/how you got training in said fields. Thanks! πŸ˜„
