Hi there! Just needed some advice about mouse/mice invasions in your household. Some background context. I live in a townhouse so all the houses in some form or another is connected since it was built in 1975. For the last 26 years I haven’t had any problems with animals until the last 2 years when new neighbors moved down the block…and other tenants have been reporting mouse/mice invasions in their own household. I’ve done everything, kept my food in sealed containers, metal storage cabinets that are heavy duty for pantry storage. And quite possible everything I can do. They’ve been chewing through holes in my walls (even when I patch & plug them up) tried mouse traps & that worked for a short amount of time. And tried the usual sprays etc…nothing seems to be working & I’m concerned it might stay that way. I’ve even hired a pest control to come out and spray and catch. They keep coming…more so during the winter & still now.…
