Jarren Duran had fighting words — but didn’t feel like fighting anymore. The Red Sox outfielder took aim at NBC Sports Boston’s Michael Holley, after the analyst called Roman Anthony’s tenure with the team “one of the biggest flops ever” so far and accused the franchise of lying about his recent injury. Anthony, who’s in his second year in the majors, was placed on the 10-day IL last week with a right hand sprain – though Holley wasn’t buying that timeline. “I understand why all teams do it, but let’s just be honest.
