Blending noise/indie pop with breakcore/DnB/triphop... Where do I start with sampling? Never really thought I would find myself in this position, I'm an indie rock/indie pop kid at heart, but I've recently been getting into a lot of artists blending these sounds with breakcore, DnB, trip-hop, and genres that use a lot of sampling (**Find My Friends, Feeble Little Horse (sometimes), Total Wife, Panchiko**). This has been very refreshing as I've been feeling a little burnout trying to write post-punk, power pop, dream pop stuff that doesn't feel like it's been written a million times before. I'd love to try blending some breakcore stuff into my songwriting and production... the only problem is I am very new to sampling, chopping up breaks, that sort of thing. Does anyone have any **tips for diving into breakcore/dnb production?** What is the best way to go about learning how to make music in this genre?…
