I bought an X50 robot vacuum/mop on Dec 11. It's been broke since March 20th and I've been trying to get Dreame to fix my X50 since March 24th. They've ignored me several times for 2 weeks+ and will not offer a replacement or a new robot. Note that this was ALMOST ONE THOUSAND US DOLLARS. I splurged a ton of savings on this because I was tired of using $200 jank ass vacuums, thinking big name brands would be better, but if you look through r/Dreame_Tech you'll see that this is a common rug pull by the company and their products are trash.

Do not give them your money. You will have to fight them at all turns. I'm finally giving up after sending email after email to their various contact means and filing a chargeback.
