Mr Slaughter gained the fourth seat in the constituency, securing 14 per cent of the vote, ahead of Labour 's 12 per cent. He said he is “honoured” to be the first Green candidate elected to the Senedd, calling it “an historic moment for the party”. Green Party leader Zack Polanski said he is “so proud to see my friend Anthony play a central role in our historic breakthrough onto the Senedd”. Mr Slaughter said he aims to address key issues including the cost of living, the housing crisis, and protecting Wales's natural environment.…
