I recently heard a radio ad for eBay. After a corny dramatization of how
via eBay yiou can im
mediately seel something you don't want which someone will, the announcer ended:
"Things people love" ,
the spacing suggesting not a verb phrase,
The things (which) people love",
but a noun hierarchically valent noun series,
Things, people, love.
Tacky, but clever.

To judge from the expressions on their faces I reckon that in the end Poppy will love cooking her husband and her dog.
