Daniel Charles Re, 77, of Bend, Oregon, passed away March 20, 2026. He was born January 21, 1949. He married Terry Monsen on June 9, 1974, beginning a partnership filled with love, family, and shared memories. Dan was a father to Nathan Re (Jen) and Jenny Love. His grandchildren—Madyson Love, Hayden Love (Katelyn), and Emma Re—were shaped by his presence. Hayden and Katelyn welcomed baby Virginia Jean, continuing Dan’s legacy. Dan served in the United States Army. He later worked as an attorney, known for integrity and fairness, retiring after 43 years. In 1980, Dan and Terry settled in Bend, where they built a life centered on family and community. He enjoyed photography and sharing that passion with his granddaughter Madyson.
