Avan Jogia is set to direct the film, with Lily Wachowski executive producing the project Halsey is making her way back to the big screen. The singer and actress has been tapped to feature in Replacer , Deadline reported, a “psycho-sexual horror” written by Halsey and her partner, actor-director Avan Jogia, who is also directing the film. Lilly Wachowski, who broke through with her sister Lana with their  massive hit   Matrix   trilogy , is executive producing.
