Anxiety attacks from supervisor I’m in PA. A large firm but teams are small depending on your niche. My immediate niche is small so you work with the same supervisors and managers often. I recently for the past few months have been working with supervisor who took over engagements after a director (who I used to work with closely) left. The supervisor has made my life incredibly difficult. He is a micromanager and the one who wants responses to emails/teams messages within minutes. What is the appropriate time to respond to teams/emails? He had this Monday off, but was online constantly. He messaged me “please check in this and this, I intend to work on it tomorrow” but I didn’t have these sections checked out. And he also told me before already that he is working on those. Funny enough, he hasn’t worked on those sections so I found it weird he messaged me on his day off to tell me to check them in.…
