Police produced the accused before court in the afternoon through video conferencing and sought an extension to his custody to determine what “object” he used to kill the girl after raping her. Police told the court a postmortem report of the victim and a potency test of the accused had been conducted. Police submitted that CCTV footage showed the accused had been carrying some baggage.
