15s threshold

In this economy, the only people buying a property like mine in my location are investors. Possibly ones that need to do a 1031. Do you think I need an agent so that they feel like the transaction would be seamless? I, of course, would like to save on commission fees and use an attorney, but not if it leads to some buyer's agent demanding 6% anyways. Or reduced prices that equates to the same amount because buyers don't have the same trust when an owner lists their property. What has your experience been in this situation? I am not sure if it differs with commercial. Thanks. submitted by /u/ConcreteKeys [link] [comments]
