A Romanian immigrant released early from prison for sexually abusing a middle-school boy is now wanted by ICE after landing back behind bars for allegedly violating her probation. Rebecca Fratila-Ilies is now facing deportation after she was convicted on two counts of carnal knowledge of a child and statutory rape following her December 2022 arrest in Virginia, according to ICE. She was cut loose early from a Staunton prison while serving a decade-long sentence, only to relocate to North Carolina, where she was hauled back into custody by the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office for an alleged probation violation on March 25, 2025.
