Has anyone ever used the M28 rotary hammer for driving ground rods?

I'm just starting out my own business, and for years I have either used an M18 rotary hammer or a fence post pounder to drive ground rods.

The rotary hammer is usually only usable in soft soil, and the pounder isn't good for my already injured shoulder.

I have a M28 extended right angle drill and 4 batteries that I use for drilling houses, so its a logical tool purchase if it puts out more power than a M18 one.

Thoughts?
