I got hired for 70k and two months later they told me they realized that was a mistake and didn’t mean to give me that much. Dropped my salary to 60k! My manager at the time said he’s never seen that before and was shocked. They told me that was the upper end of the hiring and was meant for someone with more experience.

They lower my job title and I did the same work! From a staff accountant to an accountant assistant! (Keep in mind that whole time afterwards I did the same work and more😂😂😂🫵. I had no leverage as a new grad and awful job market! Can anyone beat that lol.
