My sister, BIL and myself moved into a home of a friend on a rent to own basis. We’ve been here 6 months. We found out today she (our landlord) hasn’t been paying the mortgage and the property is going into foreclosure. We have a lease.

She’s something like 600 days past due.

What do we do from here? I’m just gobsmacked. This is all unfolding and will answer questions as best a possible.
