Hey, folks
I’ve been working from home more and I’m starting to feel it in my back, so I’m looking for a proper ergonomic office chair that actually makes a difference over long days.
I don’t care about looks or hype, I just want something that supports posture, feels comfortable after hours of sitting, and doesn’t fall apart after a few months. From what I’ve seen, things like adjustable lumbar support, seat height, and armrests seem to matter the most for ergonomics.
If you’ve already gone through this and found a good ergonomic office chair, what did you end up with and was it worth it?
