Hello! I have been interested in doing a masters program before I apply to medical school. However, the program I am specifically looking at is out of state. I come from a low-income family and this is a unique program that isn't really around my state (even though it's California). I am very interested in doing it but I genuinely cannot live there. I can work a job during my program but I don't think it would be a good idea. I understand there's TA opportunities to help. I was just wondering if anyone had similar experiences and how they delt with it or if anyone has any tips. I haven't even applied yet because I am worried that I just can't afford to live there; So, I wanted to gather any information right now. Thank you.
