5 Minute Interview a Bad sign in this case? Applied to this position. They emailed me Monday with timeslots for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I replied on Tuesday morning saying that I'd be available during the slot they gave for Thursday. They replied Wednesday morning setting my interview time for 11am. I join the teams meeting around 10:58am, and the first lady comes on. We greeted. First thing was she asked me to give my experience in accounting so far. I explained that for 7 years I did bookkeeping for a small acctg. firm, doing monthly bank reconciliations for the various clients of our employer, and after completing a full year of that we would look at the income statements and balance sheets to make sure those align.
