Straight to the Point The Duxtop Portable Induction Cooktop 9100MC impressed me with its controlled heating and intuitive interface. It boiled water quickly, and its analog buttons were easy to clean. Gas stoves have long been the kings of the kitchen. They have a reputation for being powerful, responsive, and, well, downright chef-y. However, research about how gas stoves can affect our health and contribute to greenhouse gas emissions has led many (including me) to question our loyalty. Before doing this review, I had worked with induction a handful of times.
