Title's pretty self explanatory, I have a 5 years old little brother that has severe autism. In his case I noticed that he CONSTANTLY needs a background noise like a video on loop very loudly or if he can't have that he just makes an extremely annoyingly loud "iiiiiiiiiiiii" sound for hours. He can't speak at all thus it's not like I can even talk to him. And beside that he screams in a really loud and high way at random moments when he's excited or upset wich rings my ears.
