True words I just want to share this as a realistic approach and not words of discouragement, And to note that this is my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. I’ve been applying to Jobs for about a year now and the amount of rejections I got instantly was something to put down anyone’s confidence to the ground. I am someone who has experience, Great with computer. Have excellent communication skills and trilingual. Nepotism is real and it’s stronger than ever. And guess what? The job I recently landed and about to start is the one I got through someone I knew! Because I said I needed a good job. Unfortunately it sucks that this is the reality we live in now. I was fortunate enough to find the person that would make that phone call… Imagine the thousands and thousands of people that are great calibers and they can’t even land a single interview and get automatic rejections daily. I’m very blessed to have gotten that opportunity and I know I’m a good fit.…
