Every website I go to makes me make a profile with the same info so they can send me spam emails. Then I click on the scholarship link and it takes me to another site that makes me fill out another profile and the whole thing repeats. Is this just a giant scheme to steal my data? And don't even get me started on bold.org , it's so gamified it feels like a scam. You input all of your information into the system in exchange for "bold points" (you have to get certain benchmarks of points to gain access to more scholarships), but before long the only way to keep earning these points is to go through "vendors", (aka business partnerships), use a doordash promo code to get 5x bold points, etc etc. This isn't a scholarship its an ad preying on people trying to build their careers. I'm so tired. Why can't anything be normal? These are scholarships I'm finding through college websites too. Not random sketchy sites.…
