It only took 11 years of trading. Was at a -66% unrealized drawdown earlier this year due to owning dumb stocks on margin trying to make money off covered calls. I’ve learned many things over the years, and taken many breaks after previous 30-50% drawdowns. Then pivoted to 6-month+ options and slowly worked my way up before going majorly in on MU and rolling up for further gains. Technically a 10x from the lows but only 5x YTD. Have some leftover positions and shares in various names but just closed most and sitting in 80% cash as of market close today. I plan to pivot to MU Leaps 18 months out so I can sell for LTCG instead of short. hopefully I’ll find a good entry in the next couple of weeks. Still believe in MU strongly but at this point future gains are better at LTCG rate and I want to diversify a little bit out of one name.…
