CLIMATE-RESPONSIVE AND MATERIAL DESIGN THROUGH NATURAL FIBERS Caneplexus translates natural fibers such as bamboo , rattan, and seagrass into active elements across hospitality and residential architecture. The natural ceilings, partitions, and shading elements become tools for shaping nature-friendly atmospheres, functioning as breathable layers within a space. Within a minimalist design approach, Unda Hotel, designed by Ixnos Architects, incorporates an extensive use of natural materials, such as stone, timber, and woven cane.
