High-Protein Greek Yogurt Chicken Bowl (1 big serving) Ingredients: • 1 cup (140g) shredded rotisserie chicken (or any pre-cooked chicken) • 150g (about ⅔ cup) 0% or 2% Greek yogurt • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning (or garlic powder + onion powder + salt) • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard • Squeeze of lemon or lime • Optional add-ins: diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, or a handful of spinach • Hot sauce or chili flakes if you like heat Instructions: 1.
