The Wilmington, North Carolina, home that stood in as the residence of Dawson Leery (played by James Van Der Beek ) in Dawson’s Creek has changed hands for $2.73 million, Mansion Global reports, and it comes with 134 feet of water frontage, with the floating dock on Hewletts Creek, which was heavily featured on the teen soap.
