After confirming that it had identified the issue, Discord issued an update at 1:16 pm Pacific saying that it was "seeing significant recovery" and was continuing to restore services. In a follow-up at 1:19 pm Pacific, Discord reiterated that it's "beginning to see recovery on our systems and are continuing recovery operations to get the service into a fully healthy state."
