We counted more than three dozen new restaurants and cafes in our latest roundup of new Seattle restaurants, so we decided to break the list up geographically. You’ve already heard about a dozen new spots on Capitol Hill . Next up: Pioneer Square, the Chinatown International District, Georgetown and Sodo. The headliner is a famous sushi haunt that tried to sneak a hush-hush, soft reopening in the ID only to find itself slammed anyway. It’s hard to keep a secret in this town. Old-timers will remember  Tsukushinbo . That much-loved sushi nook, which closed in 2022 after nearly three decades, returns as  Kakurenbo , a two-story bar and restaurant in the historic Japantown section of the Chinatown International District.  Many of its greatest hits are back, including its much-loved yuzu sunagimo chicken gizzards fried with garlic. Expect a long wait if you don’t have reservations.…
