Five Tini Feke tries powered Old Boys to a big win over Athletic Marist on Pasifika Day. The third annual event between the clubs ended with Old Boys claiming the Pasifika Kings of Rugby Bowl for the first time with a 31-24 win. Feke’s haul accounted for 25 of Old Boys’ 31 points, outscoring Athies himself. He scored the opening points inside the first two minutes off a quick tap inside his opponents’ 22m. Athies were able to hit back against the run of play. Old Boys made a line break but lost the ball at the breakdown to Posiano Kamoto, who dashed away down field and linked with Sione Osamu for the finish. A yellow card to Old Boys winger Ilai Atuekaho did not seem to bother them as Feke crossed the white line again to put them in front with just 14 men.
