I am a server for over 7 years. I reported my previous employer to the labor department in my state for wage theft. They did not take it well and are talking bad about me to employees that still work there for doing it. Should I keep the job off of my resume? If I keep them on the resume and I'm asked in an interview about them do I tell the truth? Do you think this will hurt me in getting a new job?
