Well its my first one and I'm doing a sprint. I'm down to about a 34 min 3 mile and in past have swam a 880m in 9:32. My main concern is the bike I mainly only have ever road the stationary bikes and have little experience outside. I road indoors today on stationary due to bad weather and did 7 miles in 24:30 into a 13:45 mile and half. I know how to train hard and I use to be in a lot better shape but getting out the marine corps got me lazy. Any and all advice for any event would be greatly appreciated but especially need help with the bike. Also wanna know if you think I can do it.
