Summit sophomore Sophi Hasselblad and freshman Addison Lair, along with Bend High freshman Taylor Struble, spent the entire season at the top of the leaderboard and were the top three IMC finishers this season. By shooting a 79 (+7) and tying for first at the IMC championship tournament at Big Meadow Golf Course Tuesday evening, Hasselblad clinched the competitive individual conference title. She also led the Storm to an IMC team title and automatic birth at the Class 5A state championship May 18-19 at OGA Golf Course in Woodburn. “I wasn’t really expecting this type of year,” Hasselblad said. “But I really improved on my chipping and putting this year and had some really low scores and set some personal best scores so it was pretty exciting. “I was pretty confident going into tournaments this year,” Hasselblad continued.…
