Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held discussions with his Indian counterpart in New Delhi on Wednesday. Lavrov is in India to take part in the BRICS Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in New Delhi, held under India’s chairmanship. “This is also an occasion to review our special and privileged partnership and exchange views on global developments,” Jaishankar said ahead of a closed-door meeting with Lavrov.
