A man has been arrested for possession of an offensive weapon close to Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor ’s home on the Sandringham Estate on Wednesday evening, Norfolk Police said, following reports the former prince had been threatened while walking his dogs. The Telegraph reported that Mr Mountbatten-Windsor was walking his dogs when he was confronted by a balaclava-clad man who was sitting in a car on Wednesday evening, In response to an inquiry about an incident involving Mr Mountbatten-Windsor, a Norfolk Police spokesperson told The Independent : “Officers were called to Wolferton shortly after 7.30pm yesterday (Wednesday 6 May 2026) following a report a man was behaving in an intimidating manner in the village. “Officers attended, and the man was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence and possession of an offensive weapon.…
