Clutha Rugby Football Club is the place to be this weekend. The club is celebrating its 150th jubilee and 340 people have registered for the event. The festivities get under way tonight with a meet and greet at the clubrooms. The club has teed up David Latta to give a speech. The Otago great is a life member of the club and was selected vice-president of New Zealand Rugby last week. He is sure to have plenty of people bending his ear between beers. It may well be his first official outing in the gig as well. Club president Mark Sheppard said it shaped as a very blokey affair. One of the focal points of the night will be a jersey presentation to the Clutha premier side. They are undefeated in five games this season and will put their record on the line against traditional rival Crescent at the Balclutha Showgrounds at 2pm tomorrow. The game is sure to draw a large crowd. But there will be junior games earlier in the day.…
