I’m honestly completely devastated by this. I moved to a different state so we pretty much only game together, but we talk pretty much every week. He’s much better at video games than I am. Sometimes we both trash talk. At one point, however, I playfully joked about a person on our team who (I admit is probably better than me) who wasn’t doing so hot. All the sudden, he flips out and starts to yell at me. I was confused and wasn’t sure if he was actually angry, and started to ask clarifying questions, which only made him more angry. I then got really upset, and shut down my computer. At that point, I texted him and told him that I’m sorry and just wanted clarification and that I wished I could do better. I told him if it was because I was being negative I wanted to fix that. Then I said that I should have just kept my mouth shut and apologized. He hasn’t said a thing to me since, and now he’s online again on discord. I’m really worried this is it.…
