I’ve been dealing with this client since August, and now I’m at the end of the tunnel with what to do. I’ve been working on a website with him since then, and it has been a complete pain in my ass. Something to keep in mind, I work in sections. Each section has a list of things the client wants me to do, and I ask for 60% upfront as a deposit then 40% upon completion. This is important for later. First off, scope creep. He will constantly add things, change his mind, remove things, and even worse is he will constantly text me saying “you still didn’t do this, still didn’t do that” even though he would have requested that change just the day before.
