During the freestyle, Jay-Z said, “That chatty patty is down on his luck again,” which appeared to be a reference to Dash’s frequent interviews for various YouTube channels and podcasts where he talks about his disdain for Jay-Z. There are many “chatty patties” out in the world of hip-hop, but the placement of Jay-Z’s lyric seems to confirm it’s about Dash.
