I’m looking to buy a house in Houston, TX to live in. I want something cheap and then I can rehab it myself. How do you guys make lowball almost insulting offers? Do I have to have an agent write the offer for me. I hate to do that because it’s going to be about 10 houses. I’ve emailed listing agents directly but they don’t reply. Do I call them?
