My partner and I have been playing LOTR Return to Moria and the DLC had some great promise but just doesn’t quite deliver. We’re looking for a game that lets us manage a town (or similar) where we recruit workers and set roles all while building houses and storefronts and stuff like that. The survival aspect isn’t necessary but always adds a fun mechanic. Any recommendations?
